PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
In order to confirm the reservation of the event, you are required to pay an amount as deposit. The reservation becomes binding for Bookillumination only upon receipt of payment of the balance of the price. By the end of the 30th day preceding the start date of the event, Bookillumination will send to you the details for the payment of the balance of the price.
Should you wish to make changes to your confirmed reservation you must notify Bookillumination in writing within 20 (twenty) days prior to the start date of the event. Bookillumination may answer within 48 hours after the request. In any case, Bookillumination cannot guarantee to meet the requests of changes. Bookillumination's failure to answer shall be interpreted as a denial to make the requested changes.
Should you wish to cancel your confirmed reservation, you must notify Bookillumination within 15 (fifteen) days prior to the start date of the event. In this case, Bookillumination will have the right to retain the amount of the deposit and/or the balance of the price already paid by you.
In case you intend to cancel the reservation after the term above, Bookillumination will have the right to retain the amount of the deposit and/or the balance of the price already paid by you.
